- •Built Rollout integration connecting platform to Dotloop and SkySlope, securing external webhook endpoints with HMAC-SHA256 signature verification and idempotent background job processing to eliminate duplicate and forged events.
- •Designed an AI-assisted task dependency proposal workflow with human confirmation and server-side directed graph validation, preventing self-references, reverse edges, and dependency cycles before persistence.
- •Traced and resolved a 33-event calendar synchronization discrepancy across 7 Google events, 18 transaction milestones, and 8 backend task events using Sentry and OpenTelemetry instrumentation at the UI render boundary.
- •Hardened the document processing pipeline across web/mobile uploads, Sidekiq queues, and AI extraction, ensuring degraded extractions fail safely with explicit status rather than silently succeeding.
- •Synchronized transaction workflows across Next.js and React Native/Expo using ActionCable WebSockets and Google/Apple Calendar APIs with stale-event protection.
- •Migrated API contracts from OpenAPI/RSwag to auto-generated TypeScript clients, replacing hand-written types and validating contracts with 44 RSpec examples and 25 Vitest tests.
